Hi, I'm Kari! growing up in a military family afforded me the opportunity to travel, which introduced me at an early age to many different cultures. with each journey i began to fall even more in love with their unique culinary cuisines and I've been exploring in the kitchen and sharing HAPPY, HEALTHY, HUMBLE FOOD ever since!
I graduated from the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago and am currently attaining my Nutritionist Degree from Cornell university. i love spending time helping others in their journey to a healthy lifestyle through personal coaching, writing for a variety of nutrition magazines, and traveling in search of the perfect healthy meal!
